I love this business. And have always loved to have side projects that I can share everything I have learnt and been taught. Sometimes those projects are about our business like the book Make Belief. And sometimes they are the fun side of things like the Book of Conversations. Hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them

MAKE BELIEF
Creativity does what business can’t.
Business can build the thing.
It can optimize it, scale it, ship it on time.
But it can’t make people care.
That’s imagination’s job.
We imagine a vision of a world better than the one we have today.
We use creativity to give that vision form.
And we use persuasion to turn it into belief—strong enough that others choose to believe in it with us.
Make Belief is the playbook for using imagination to create new realities. It offers the creative skills you need to build a future that others don't just see, but choose to believe in.

THE BOOK OF CONVERSATIONS "The book everyone is talking about." We love having great conversations. However, in our busy lives we often find ourselves just trading information. What we did, where we went, what we bought. So we wrote a collection of questions, each one a conversation starter. Some deep, some trivial and some you will never forget. However, words are not enough. Images provoke people in ways that words can't. 120 artists, graphic designers, creative directors, art directors, photographers, illustrators and animators were approached and were each given a question. Their task was to provoke this question with an image. The image could make the reader cry, shout, laugh or think. But most importantly, it should get them to talk. Let's bring conversation to a world that needs it more than ever. Let the discussion begin.
